1) Paying yearly on this SUPER SPECIAL will PERMANENTLY lock in your HR SPECIALIST annual fee! The membership must remain current and compliant with all EJC HR SPECIALIST terms and conditions.

 

2) Awards, Eco Points and requirements to attend the Annual Convention will be announced by the official launch date. Points or convention requirements shall be retroactive from date TBA.


3) Applicants will complete an Independent Representative Agreement and all required paperwork in a timely manner.

 

*When a hire achieves their sixth month performance requirement the HR SPECIALIST(S) COMMISSIONS ARE DOUBLED (paid again).


If the sixth month performance level is not achieved then the HR Committee will generally grant an applicant with an additional six month extension. Then upon achieving the first year performance requirement the commissions will be doubled. If requirements are not met then no bonus commissions are paid.


By design this HR Pay Program pays an exceptionally high commission rate by rewarding HR excellence which benefits all parties.
